Limitation of liability
The limitations of liability for BLOOKET debug are in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. Generally, this means that BLOOKET is not liable for any damages you suffer from using the BLOOKET services. These limitations do not apply to claims brought against BLOOKET by third parties.
BLOOKET will not be liable for damages caused by loss of data, loss of profits, or other consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. In addition, Blooket is not responsible for the misuse of its Service by other institutions or staff. This includes a student’s login details. The educational institution’s staff cannot misuse the Service for commercial purposes.
Restrictions on use
Before you can use Blooket, you need to create an account. Children under the age of 13 should not create an account. This is because they might not be able to use it properly. However, if they do, they should be supervised. They should not create accounts for anyone else.
Price of BLOOKET Plus subscriptions
Blooket offers three subscription levels: Basic, Plus, plus Flex. Each group includes different benefits. Starter accounts have limited benefits but have all the essential features. Starter members receive Enhanced Game Reports that clearly describe the events they record. Plus, users also have access to exclusive game modes and unlimited editing.
